Private blog - not yet
It seems that my comment about this becoming a private blog is provocative. If you have views, please express them attached to the last post. I will not introduce this for now at least.

Good decision, I was going to add:

Reasons to keep public: Your search listing ranking will diminish. Those that read your blog who wish to remain anonymous will be denied access. Your blog is carefully written. You will deny yourself the opportunity to meet new people over time, who visit the blog.
It would probably be advantageous to link this to other blogs, this is usually achieved by adding blogs you read to a blog role feature, this will attract more readers and reciprocal entries in their ‘blog roles’ (this feature must be available in your sites settings). It’s quite interesting seeing what other blogs people read, can take people on vast internet trails!
