Barbados introduced me to the joys of goat curry, rice and peas and 'ackee! I was absolutely delighted to re-live these culinary gems in Digbeth, Notting Hill Gate and Keardiff Bay! Pass the dutchie (by the left hand side - no inhaling!)
I ate it once- it was cooked on the floor by Maasi tribesmen and very stringy. It was a great sacrifice for them...but I don't think I'll eat it again...
